At InventorysHub, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We provide users with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

If you would like your personal data removed from InventorysHub, you may submit a data deletion request using one of the following methods:

Method 1: Delete Your Account from Within InventorysHub

If your account includes self-service account management features, you may:

1. Log in to your InventorysHub account.
2. Navigate to Settings > Account Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Follow the confirmation steps.

Once confirmed, your account and associated personal information will be scheduled for permanent deletion.

Method 2: Submit a Data Deletion Request by Email

You may also request deletion by contacting us directly.

Please include:

• Your full name
• Registered email address
• Company name (if applicable)
• Any additional information necessary to verify account ownership

For security purposes, we may request additional verification before processing your request.

Upon successful verification and approval of your request, we will permanently delete:

• User profile information
• Account credentials
• Inventory records associated with your account
• Uploaded files and attachments
• Activity logs associated with your user profile
• Customer information stored within your account
• Other personal data maintained by InventorysHub

Certain information may be retained for a limited period when required for:

• Legal obligations
• Regulatory compliance
• Tax and accounting requirements
• Fraud prevention and security investigations
• Dispute resolution

Any retained information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

We aim to process all verified data deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. In certain circumstances, processing may take longer if additional verification or legal review is required.

InventorysHub may utilize third-party service providers to operate certain features of the platform. Where applicable, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information stored by such providers is also removed in accordance with your request.
